We guarantee that for any hotel reservation made for any Rogue City Hotel you will not find a better room rate publicly available on the Internet for that same room type, in the same Hotel, on the same date. If, having made a booking, you should find a lower publicly available rate, for the same room at the same hotel elsewhere on the internet at the same time of your original booking we will of course honor that rate. Please note that claims can only be made with valid evidence (screenshot, photograph etc) of the lower rate found elsewhere.
Terms and Conditions
- This offer is valid only to guests who have booked their hotel room direct via any Rogue City Hotel website.
- The Better Book Direct guarantee does not apply to rates that are not available to the general public over the Internet.
- A valid and existing reservation reference is required
- Should your request be met, the discount we will apply does not cover any additional charges unless otherwise indicated by Rogue City.

- An acceptable form of evidence must prove the availability of the competing rate. An “acceptable” form of evidence will be the forwarding to us of an official print screen or email confirming a reservation by you with the competing website
How to request the Better Book Direct discount?
Ensure you have a valid and existing reservation number
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org, outlining the key details of your reservation, including which Rogue City Hotel the reservation was made for, your full name, date, reservation number, cost, price of rate found elsewhere and name of website where rate was found and your direct contact details. Please also include a screenshot or image as evidence.
Our Guest Ambassador’s will verify your claim and will aim to respond to you within 48 hours of submission.
